We always use your daily credits first. Once they are depleted, we start using permanent credits. Daily credits reset at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over.

Permanent credits are used only after your weekly credits are depleted. They do not expire.

Storage usage

When storage is full, Byta removes the oldest eligible files to make room. Protected published songs are kept; if they fill your storage, delete files manually before uploading again.

Moderated request

Understand the content limits, possible charges, and your next steps.

Byta’s content limits

Byta prohibits sexual content involving minors, child exploitation, terrorist recruitment, actionable crime instructions, and graphic self-harm. All inputs and results undergo safety checks. NSFW video is unavailable; limited fictional-adult still images may be available on the website through text-to-image only, without references or image editing.

Why credits may still be charged

Some models charge for moderated requests even when no media is delivered. Whether credits are charged or released depends on the model’s moderation billing policy. Check this request’s result or History for the actual charge; a blocked result does not automatically mean a refund.

NightLover

A separate space for adult creativity

NightLover is a separate, invitation-only beta for private adult AI creativity. It has its own content rules and does not guarantee acceptance of a request blocked by Byta.

An active paid Byta AI subscription on your linked account is required to apply and keep access. Invitations need approval. Subscribing or buying credits does not automatically grant access.
