The public model catalog is available without signing in. Key management, usage, and billing require an explicit Byta AI sign-in.

Keep keys on trusted servers
Never embed a Byta API key in browser JavaScript or a distributed mobile application. Rotation invalidates the previous secret immediately, and key spending caps are lifetime limits unless the key is rotated.
